Ok, here we go!!!
Welcome to Kelley’s Crafting Circus! I’m Kelley and I am happy that you have dropped by. This is my place on the Web to do what I’ve dreamt of doing for the last 10 years–blog about the crafts I am interested in and hopefully be able to enrich other crafters with my knowledge (I’m a retired teacher, so I just can’t help using a teachable moment)!
I crochet, knit, sew, scrapbook and occasionally do other crafts (beading, latch hooking, plastic canvas, and leather working to name a few).
So, what can you expect from this blog? A little bit of everything. I’m currently working on an e-book about filet crochet, but in my usual manner, I have many hooks with projects on them at the moment. Most of them are filet crochet name doilies and corner to corner afghans for some of the younger kids in my family. I also have three different tea towels on three different sets of knitting needles and two blankets for my seven- month-old granddaughter who will definitely be warm this winter!!
I will be posting pictures of finished projects, works in progress, and tips and techniques that I find useful under my menu headings and plan to expand my menu once I get the hang of blogging.
